To fully implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and the Second Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and follow the deployment of the Central Economic Work Conference and the Central Financial Work Conference, the Ministry of Commerce and Bank of Communications recently signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement to promote high-quality business development, further consolidate the working synergy, enhance the ability of financial services to support the real economy, and jointly promote the high-quality development of business and finance.
According to the cooperation agreement, the Ministry of Commerce will give full play to its advantages in policy coordination and strengthen policy promotion and business guidance. Bank of Communications will leverage its own advantages to increase credit support in accordance with market principles and boost the development of the real economy. The two sides will strengthen cooperation around key business tasks such as promoting continuous expansion of consumption, consolidating the basic plate of foreign trade and foreign investment, and promoting high-level opening-up, and take practical and effective measures to improve the availability, convenience, and precision of financial services, helping enterprises enhance their momentum, expand markets, and promote the interconnection and mutual promotion of domestic and foreign markets.
The two sides will establish a coordination and liaison mechanism to strengthen two-way communication and collaborative linkage.
